WestCOP - Tarrytown Community Opportunity Center

Tarrytown Community Opportunity Center (COC) is a component of WestCOP. Its mission is to mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnership and collaboration that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in the Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow and Ossining areas, thus achieving greater self-sufficiency.
