GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center in Westchester is seeking a volunteer program leader (or pair of co-leaders) for its Teen Tastic Program.
Teen Tastic is a social skills program for ages 13-17 that promotes friendships, social interaction, and communication through various social activities, outings, and games for teens. The program aims to promote positive peer relationships, encourage peer relationships with teens in the community, and develop social skills. At least a 6-month commitment is required for an energetic and motivating volunteer.
Teen Tastic takes place on a regular schedule once or twice a month and kicks off in January 2024; the dates are determined by the volunteer's availability. Express interest below to learn more!
