2023 Senior Summer in the Parks

Volunteers are needed to support the 2023 Senior Summer in the Parks hosted by the City of New Rochelle Parks and Recreation Department. Summer in the Parks will bring together New Rochelle seniors (aged 60+) for monthly activities, food, and exercise. Volunteers are needed to assist with the overall event and those who want to help seniors socialize and get active are highly encouraged to sign up. See the below dates for each monthly activity and sign up for one or more opportunities below!

  • June 22: Senior Field Day at Flowers (City) Park
  • July 10: Senior Pool Party at Lincoln Park
  • August 18: Senior Beach Party at Hudson Park
  • September 13: Senior Day at 5 Islands Park
