Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee Volunteers

Mount Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry, a non-profit organization that aims to address hunger and food insecurity in the local community, is seeking volunteers to support critical operational issues.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee plays a critical role in creating an inclusive and respectful culture within the organization. As a member, DEI Volunteers will assist in the development of a DEI plan, identifying and implementing initiatives that can improve the Pantry's DEI efforts, and training for staff and volunteers. Experience working on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, issues, and best practices is preferred.
