Ambulatory Surgery Volunteers

White Plains Hospital is looking for volunteers to assist in its Ambulatory Surgery areas. In this mobile position, volunteers would assist staff with helping to discharge patients to the lobby via wheelchair, transport specimens, and assist with unit-based needs such as setting up new rooms for patients. This position involves interacting with patients and visitors in Ambulatory Surgery before and after their procedures, and it's perfect for volunteers with a cheerful demeanor. Positions are available Monday through Friday until 7 p.m.

Volunteers will be asked to complete an application, an interview, and pass volunteer medical and hospital clearance. Express interest below to get started!
