DOROT Westchester's Birthday Revelers Program provides a unique opportunity for volunteers to socialize with older adults in Westchester. Birthday Celebration Volunteers can bring a birthday package of a card, cupcake, and gift (provided by DOROT) to the home of the older adults they're matched with. Volunteers can then either spend time with their matches or drop off the birthday package and follow up with a phone call instead.

DOROT alleviates social isolation among older adults and provides services to help them live independently as valued members of the community. It serves the Jewish and wider community, bringing the generations together in a mutually beneficial partnership of older adults, volunteers, and professionals.
