Opportunity Details
Volunteers of all ages are invited to create handmade, festive Rosh Hashanah cards for seniors in Manhattan and Westchester as part of DOROT's Package Delivery Program, which aims to reach over 500 seniors in the fall.
Each handcrafted card that volunteers make will be included in a special care package of seasonal treats for seniors. This can be a fun solo activity for one volunteer or a wonderful group activity with family, friends, or colleagues! DOROT staff is available to host virtual cardmaking events via Zoom for groups of 10 or more volunteers.
Completed cards can be dropped off at the DOROT office in White Plains or shipped to its New York City location.
