Marketing Manager - delete
Travel Unity, a 501(c)(3) focused on increasing diversity in the world of travel, is seeking a volunteer to help guide its marketing strategy. Volunteers from all backgrounds and those with disabilities are encouraged to apply!
This role helps Travel Unity convey information about its programming and successes via social media, e-newsletters, and our website. Volunteers should be available to commit 5-10 hours per week to this role.
The Marketing Manager strategizes, delegates (to coordinators and volunteers), and creates content for social media (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook), e-newsletters, and the website.
Volunteers should have:
- Proficient writing skills
- Leadership/management experience
- Experience with or willingness to learn
- Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Mailchimp
- WordPress
- Canva
Volunteers must be able to work on a team basis, communicate regularly, be proficient with meeting programs (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.), and enjoy the excitement of collaborative output.
