Bring diapers and wipes to the County Center on 9/11! Surprisingly, so few people are aware of the struggle some of their neighbors face just to meet the basic need of diapering their babies. You can help these families by donating diapers of all sizes, types, and brands – newborn to toddlers. Please note, however, that the greater need is for the larger sizes (5 and 6; and pull-ups). Open packages accepted. Additionally, the Diaper Bank always needs wipes, so please send some along with - or without - diapers.There is free parking for volunteers at the Westchester County Center. Let the parking attendant know you are there to volunteer for the 9/11 event. There is no need to sign up for this drive - you can just come by to donate.This project is a part of 9/11: Serve + Remember.
