The Association for the Visually Impaired is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to help people who are visually impaired and blind in the following ways:

  • Schedule regular telephone calls
  • Make friendly visits
  • Reading/sorting mail
  • Running errands
  • Food/clothes shopping
  • Providing transportation
  • Interpreting
  • Assisting with activities such as Peer Support Group
