Volunteers who connect with our services can expect to be matched with a nonprofit organization that matches their skills interests and goals. The cornerstone of this service are our Volunteer Placement Specialists.
Volunteer Placement Specialists are essentially our matchmakers, identifying where an individual's skills and talents can best be implemented. This requires someone who can work one-on-one with a prospective volunteer in person or on the phone, identifying where their interests lie and how their personal goals can be achieved. This is a great role for individuals who are looking for a position where you work one-on-one with a variety of clients, for someone interested in learning more about the nonprofit sector in our area, or someone with an interest/background in human resources.
