grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden Workshops for kids start soon, so we're getting ready for the youth gardeners. We need 5-6 eager volunteers to weed the native plant butterfly garden, turn over soil and prep student garden beds, help organize the compost center, and perform other garden tasks to ready the garden for the season. This is a great volunteer opportunity for those who love being outdoors.
Please bring water, gloves, sunblock and a hat for sun protection.
grow! Lincoln Park Community Garden is located in Lincoln Park, across from 95 Lincoln Avenue, New Rochelle, NY 10801. Parking is available in the Remington Boys & Girls Club Parking Lot on Prince Street, which is adjacent to our community garden.
