Opportunity Details
Nature Center Volunteers
The Greenburgh Nature Center (GNC) relies on the help of dedicated adult and student volunteers for many aspects of the center's operations, including animal husbandry, trail maintenance, gardening, assistance at special events, and interaction with our many visitors. There are also opportunities to assist our administrative staff with computer projects, office work and special projects.
"We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities for all ages and skill levels. These diverse volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year. More information is available on our Opportunity Directory."
Volunteer Training
"All volunteers will be given an introductory tour of the facility, and will be trained by GNC staff members.
For more information on volunteering at the Center, contact Kerrilee Hunter, Supervisor of Education and Volunteers, at 914.813.1835 or by email.
