Sort and Pack Healthy Food

Twice a week, Second Chance Foods volunteers sort through boxes of rescued food to compost what is unusable. The fresh food that is usable is then organized into a market that volunteers can "shop" through in order to supplement cooked meals from its kitchen to create Community Supported Nutrition Boxes for the community. The remaining sorted food is reboxed and delivered to multiple community partner food pantries so no food goes to waste.
