Foster Grandparent Program - Yonkers
Senior volunteers are needed to help support the Foster Grandparent Program in Yonkers. Volunteers serve 15 to 35 hours per week working with children in an academic setting in their community. Volunteers are placed in elementary schools, day care centers, and head start centers, and participating volunteers can earn an hourly tax-free stipend and receive transportation allowances for their efforts.
Volunteers must be 55 or over to participate. Express interest below to learn more!
