Event Committee Members

Que Paso Latinx is looking for volunteers to join its Events Committee. Event Committee Members will be responsible for planning and coordinating a number of fundraising events throughout the year. They must be available to attend monthly committee meetings, take ownership of certain aspects of events, attend the events, and work well with other committee members. Ideal candidates are efficient, dynamic, and cooperative who are able to perform well while juggling multiple tasks with moderate supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning and executing events
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on tight schedules and manage multiple projects

• High level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
