Patient Support Volunteers
Northwell Health Hospice Care Network is looking for compassionate individuals to provide companionship and respite, run errands, and provide support to people living with an advanced illness.
Patient Support Volunteer requirements:
- Must dedicate 2-4 hours of service per week
- Must be able to travel within 30 minutes of your home
- Must complete a 12-hour orientation program
- Ongoing support and mentorship will be provided
