Logistics Leaders
American Red Cross is looking for leaders with skills in logistics to assist with preparedness, response, and recovery duties within its service area. This is the perfect opportunity for volunteers who want to be out in their communities and show off their leadership skills!
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Maintain a list of all fleet vehicles and their service records, ensuring routine maintenance is completed. (Note: this requires driving Red Cross vehicles)
- Track inventory by ordering and storing supplies
- Work independently as well as with a team
Time Commitment:
- Monday through Friday during business hours
- Respond to disasters beyond normal business hours, as needed
