Community Educators - Westchester County
The Alzheimer's Association is looking for Volunteer Community Educators to engage the Westchester County community by leading educational programs about Alzheimer's using prepared materials. Community Educators ensure that the general public, caregivers, and people living with Alzheimer's or dementia are connected to Alzheimer's Association programs and its free 24/7 helpline.
Community Educators should be proactive, passionate, and motivated and have a demonstrated history of public speaking and education skills. Volunteers should be comfortable using computers to deliver a minimum of 12 presentations per year.
