The Alzheimer's Association is the world leader in Alzheimer research and support, and the nation's oldest and largest voluntary health organization dedicated to advancing research and care for persons living with Alzheimer's disease and related forms of dementia, and their family members, caregivers, employers and general community. The Alzheimer's Association Hudson Valley Chapter provides support and assistance to the Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester counties in New York. The Chapter is a unit of the Alzheimer's Association (Chicago, IL) and is committed to carrying out the mission of the Association at the local level.
