Food Pantry Volunteers
New Life Missionary Baptist Church is seeking volunteers to assist with its weekly food pantry and food distribution. Volunteers are needed for a variety of activities:
- Unload food delivery truck
- Bag and assemble food for the display table
- Distribute food to families
- Store leftover food
- Prepare meals
- Serve hot meals
Volunteers are needed on Wednesdays from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. to assist with food delivery and preparation as well as Wednesdays from 1-3 p.m. for food distribution. Volunteers are asked to commit to at least two shifts per month, and they should be able to lift 50 pounds or more, if possible. Express interest below!
