2024-2025 Academic Mentors for Elementary School Kids - Yonkers
Family Service Society of Yonkers is looking for Volunteer Mentors to help elementary-aged children at schools in Yonkers to build their reading skills. Sessions are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30 p.m. or 3:40-4:40 p.m.
During these weekly one-on-one sessions, volunteers will be matched with a student and provided with reading materials and worksheets. This is an ideal opportunity for students, retirees and seniors. Express interest below to find out more information and to get started!
