Tutors for High School Students - Yonkers
WJCS is seeking volunteer tutors to help high school students with a variety of subjects that may include history, geography, science, math, and English as part of its Envision program at the Mary J. Blige Center in Yonkers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to express interest, as those skills will be useful for assisting bilingual students with essay writing and reading comprehension. High School juniors and seniors are welcome to apply as well as adults.
All volunteers must pass a background check; express interest below!
