2023 Sewing Volunteers
The Hammond Museum & Japanese Stroll Garden is looking for crafty volunteers with sewing experience to help make a replacement outdoor curtain that hangs in the Japanese Garden shed. While the sewing style of the existing curtain is basic, it is based on Japanese prototypes. The Hammond Museum team will work with the volunteer to select the material and the volunteer will need to have access to their own sewing machine; however, the museum will purchase all other needed supplies.
