2021 Board Members (Treasurer)
Federated Conservationists of Westchester County (FCWC) is seeking a board member with a background in finance and accounting to assist with the financial aspects of running a nonprofit organization. Board members currently meet virtually due to COVID-19, but will resume in-person meetings in the future.
Duties include:
- Preparing biweekly payroll checks to employees via Zelle and vendors
- Depositing incoming checks
- Preparing financial reports for Board meetings
- Communicating with accountant
- Implementing QuickBooks
- Developing budget/financial plan vs. actuals vs. forecast
- Prepare annual and monthly budget/financial plan
