Federated Conservationists of Westchester County (FCWC) is seeking a board member with a background in finance and accounting to assist with the financial aspects of running a nonprofit organization. Board members currently meet virtually due to COVID-19, but will resume in-person meetings in the future.

Duties include:

Preparing biweekly payroll checks to employees via Zelle and vendors
Depositing incoming checks
Preparing financial reports for Board meetings
Communicating with accountant
Implementing QuickBooks
Developing budget/financial plan vs. actuals vs. forecast
Prepare annual and monthly budget/financial plan
