2022 Administrative Assistant and Food Pantry Coordinator

LIFE Progressive Services Group is in need of a Volunteer Food Pantry Coordinator and Administrative Assistant three days a week. The Volunteer Food Pantry Coordinator and Administrative Assistant's duties include:

  • Organizing and keeping the pantry in immaculate order
  • Sorting and storing of food and other products when deliveries are recieved
  • Attending meetings virtually and in-person
  • Creating letters/emails and making phone calls to business partners
  • Managing volunteers in-person and in Volunteer New York!'s portal​​​​​​​
  • Drafting letters and emails for volunteers
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and with internet research
  • Must be able to use all social media websites
