2019 #GivingTuesday Food Drive: Donations Accepted
YCOP has again joined the #GivingTuesday movement (a Global day of Giving) by setting forth a challenge to its family, friends, and students to collect 5,000 non-perishable food items by December 3. The food items will go to First United Methodist Church of Mount Vernon's free food pantry and the Community Service Association (CSA) soup kitchen.
Suggested items include: peanut butter, cooking oil, boxed meals, rice, cereal, canned meats, canned fruits, and chunky soups. (Remember that large cans work best for the soup kitchen!) Please drop off to one of the following locations:
