2018-2019 New Rochelle Coalition Against Violence Volunteers
The New Rochelle Coalition Against Violence (New Ro CAV) is a group of dedicated New Rochelle residents organized to provide opportunities that are designed to reduce violence throughout the city. By exploring innovative and evidenced-based programming, New Ro CAV aims to meet the needs of residents at the intersection of trauma and resilience. New Ro CAV also works closely with IEY Middle School and will work with Trinity Elementary in 2018-2019.
New Ro CAV is looking for community volunteers of all ages. Volunteer opportunities include: organizing recreational events for youth, providing informational events such as documentary screenings at the library, advocacy and much more. New Ro CAV is looking for individuals willing to share their time and talents to help make our city safer!
