New Rochelle Council of Community Services (NRCCS)

The Council of Community Services is an umbrella organization for the health and human service agencies, religious institutions and educational facilities of New Rochelle. This includes entities situated outside of New Rochelle that serve the city. Our board consists of representatives of many of these agencies as well as local residents. At monthly Board meetings, community needs are addressed and various programs are designed to meet these needs.
