Interfaith Emergency Food Pantry of Pleasantville
http://www.pleasantvillefoodpantry.orgAt Pleasantville Food Pantry, we believe no one should go hungry. Every can of food, every donated dollar, and every kind gesture goes directly to helping local individuals and families in need. The pantry serves our neighbors who have low incomes. We provide enough food for several meals. We accept clients from the following towns: Pleasantville, Chappaqua, Hawthorne, Thornwood, Valhalla and Mt. Pleasant. The Interfaith Emergency Food Pantry of Pleasantville is affiliated with faith-based congregations and civic organizations in the community. It has been in operation since the mid-1980s and began as a place where neighbors could help their neighbors in need. This tradition continues today. We welcome all faiths, all ethnicities, all races, and all genders, with special consideration given to disenfranchised individuals and those with disabilities.
