Legal Services of the Hudson Valley was established to provide free legal representation in civil matters to poor and low-income people. Legal assistance is provided in the following areas: Housing, Elder Law, Benefits, Children's Advocacy, HIV/AIDS, and Domestic Violence.

Serving Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, and Rockland Counties, we have offices in White Plains, Yonkers, Mount Vernon, Peekskill, Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Newburgh, Goshen, Monticello, and Spring Valley.
