Resident Resource Center

Our mission is to offer residents of the White Plains Public Housing Authority the opportunity to become economically independent by providing on-going training, employment, counseling, self-sufficiency inspiration, coupled with establishing working partnerships with public and private agencies, for residents to gain access to supportive services.
