Yorktown Senior Nutrition Center

The Senior Center attempts to identify the needs of the seniors, reduce hunger and malnutrition, provide transportation to the center for lunch, grocery shopping, medical transportation, daytrips and health screening, deliver meals to the homebound and incapacitated elderly, and inprove and maintain the senior's quality of life.
