2026 Annual Family Garden Party
Help make Lasdon Public Gardens' Annual Family Garden Party a memorable experience for families and children! The Family Garden Party features interactive activity stations, a garden adventure with puzzles and clues, crafts, a pollinator scavenger hunt, story time, food vendors, music, and plenty of family-friendly fun.
Volunteers will assist with the event and help support activities throughout the gardens as children explore, learn, and enjoy a variety of hands-on activities focused on plants, seeds, and pollinators.
Volunteer shifts:
- Morning: 9:15 a.m.-12 p.m.
- Afternoon: 11:30 a.m.-2:15 p.m.
Each shift will begin with a 30-minute volunteer orientation. Morning volunteers will assist with setup and are welcome to stay and enjoy the Family Garden Party after their shift. Afternoon volunteers can explore the event before their shift (or during an appropriate break) and assist with light cleanup after the Family Garden Party.
