2026 Summer of Soccer Finale Festival

Join the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District (NRBID) volunteer team for an exciting afternoon during the Summer of Soccer Finale Fest!

In partnership with the City of New Rochelle, the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District is looking for two enthusiastic volunteers to help staff its table and create a fun experience for families attending the event.

Volunteer responsibilities:

• Welcome children and families to the NRBID table.
• Assist with the Soccer Coloring Activity by distributing coloring sheets and crayons and encouraging children to participate.
• Distribute free soccer-themed children's books by local author Marisa Boan to children ages 10 and under (while supplies last).
• Hand out the Downtown New Rochelle Discovery Guide & Match Day Map and encourage visitors to explore downtown restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions.
• Keep the activity area organized, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift.

What to bring:

No experience is necessary—just a friendly attitude, enthusiasm, and a love of working with children and families! Volunteers should dress comfortably for an outdoor event.
