Bilingual Front Desk Clerks (English-Spanish)

The Volunteer Front Desk Clerk serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and community partners at the United Community Center of Westchester (UCCW). This volunteer position provides administrative and customer service support while helping create a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for all individuals seeking services. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones
• Assisting with client registration and appointments
• Maintaining confidential records
• Preparing program materials
• Supporting workshops and community events
• Providing basic English/Spanish interpretation
• Ensuring the reception area operates efficiently.
