Operations Manager

Blossom Respite Cafe and Gardens is a nature-based respite program serving people living with early-stage dementia and their caregivers. It is seeking an Operations Manager to help build the systems, partnerships, and organizational capacity that will shape Blossom Respite's future.

This role is ideal for:

• An individual who can make a long-term commitment
• An individual who is open to transitioning into a staff member
• An individual who wants to build an organization from the ground up

Operations Manager duties:

• Build organizational systems and workflows that support sustainable growth
• Oversee finances (bookkeeping, grant management, compliance, and reporting)
• Oversee development (fundraising, donor stewardship, communications, and community partnerships)
• Oversee strategic planning that expands the organization while preserving its relationship-centered culture
• Work in close collaboration with the Volunteer Coordinator and leadership team

Operations Manager qualifications:

• Enjoy building organizations more than maintaining them
• Enjoy bringing order to complexity; thinking strategically; and being collaborative, resourceful, and entrepreneurial
• Experience in nonprofit leadership, healthcare, education, business operations, or community organizations is valuable

This role is about creating the conditions where people living with dementia continue to experience dignity, purpose, joy, and belonging.
