2026 Sleepy Hollow Half-Marathon
Since 2010, the Rivertown Runners has raised more than $935,000 for local charities and organizations within the community. Volunteer support is crucial for this effort! Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up and cleaning up; registering and checking in runners; distributing T-shirts, refreshments, and medals; and other tasks.
Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
- Set-Up (6:30-7:30 a.m.)
- Set up race day signs around the course
- Registration (7:15-10 a.m.)
- Assist with checking in runners and signing up race day registrants
- T-Shirt Distribution (7:30-9:30 a.m.)
- Assist with distributing T-shirts to runners
- Refreshments (8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
- Assist with distributing refreshments to runners during and after the race
- Clean Up (11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)
- Assist with cleaning up race day signs around the course
Registration closes 3 hours prior to the start time. Volunteers may be asked to assist with different tasks depending on event needs. Sign up for a shift below!
