Pop-Up Food Pantry Volunteers
Sankofa Bridge is seeking volunteers to help with its pop-up food pantry, which usually occurs every other Wednesday afternoon in Mount Vernon. Locations may vary. The following roles are needed:
- Load and unload produce (and sometimes cases of drinks) from the truck
- Put produce into bags to give away
- Set up the table and help organize
- Gather demographic information from customers
