Youth Advisory Board
One Paso's Youth Advisory Board is a group of young leaders who work directly with One Paso to guide and improve mental health services designed for their peers. Members share their perspectives, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure youth voices are included every step of the way. This is a meaningful opportunity to gain leadership experience, connect with the community, and make a positive impact on youth mental health.
Requirements:
- Must between the ages of 13–21
- Must live in, or have ties to, the local community
- Must be able to attend monthly meetings (in person or online)
- Must be able to participate in at least 2 One Paso events per year
- Must commit to 1 year of service
- Must be open-minded, respectful, and collaborative
