2025 Back-to-School Bags of Love Donation Drive

Back-to-school season can be especially challenging for families in need. 914Cares is hoping to alleviate that stress by encouraging volunteers to provide a "Bag of Love" for a local child in Westchester. Volunteers can select which child they want to sponsor and then purchase brand-new items from their wish list that will help them start the school year feeling seen, supported, and ready to learn.

Items needed include:

• 4 T-shirts
• 2 athletic shorts
• 2 sweatshirts
• 2 long-sleeved shirts
• 4 sweatpants or leggings
• 5 pairs of underwear
• 5 pairs of socks
• 2 pairs of pajamas
• 1 coat
• 1 age-appropriate backpack
• Full-sized hygiene products: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, deodorant, toothbrush, and toothpaste
