Volunteer Coordinator
Caring for the Hungry and Homeless of Peekskill (CHHOP) is a non-profit organization in Peekskill that works to alleviate hunger and homelessness. It is seeking a volunteer coordinator to help recruit and manage volunteers at Fred's Pantry and Jan Peek House.
Requirements:
- Serve as the primary contact for volunteers at Fred's Pantry and Jan Peek House
- Conduct volunteer orientations
- Manage sign-ins
- Work closely with CHHOP Operations Director and Fred's Pantry Coordinator
- Must complete a background check
- Must attend specific training for the role
This is a perfect opportunity for retirees. Time commitment is about 15 hours a week; express interest below!
