Sort and Pack Food for Nutrition and Wellness Workshops

Head Start supports not only the welfare of the children in the classroom but their families’ well-being. Healthy eating can lead to better learning. With that aim in mind, parents have been invited to attend a series of Nutrition and Wellness workshops where an expert will provide a cooking demo and serve the prepared food. The families will then be sent home with recipes and bags of groceries so they can make the same dishes at home.

Volunteers are needed to help sort and bag the food for the families during each workshop. Sign up for one or more shifts below!
