2024 Camp Success BBQ
Camp Success is hosting an end-of-summer celebration event for its campers, their families, care management personnel, and staff. Volunteers are needed to perform a variety of tasks:
- Setting up
- Serving food and assisting the caterer
- Assisting with games and activities
- Cleaning up
Staff will offer a short orientation prior to the guests' arrival. Lunch will be provided for volunteers.
Camp Success, a youth program of Family Services of Westchester, is a seven-week, mobile summer day camp program for youth, ages 5 to 17, who have been diagnosed with a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED). The program uses social workers, teachers, and specially trained recreation counselors for supervision.
