2024-2025 Gym Monitors
Wartburg Adult Care Community is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist seniors with their gym activities at its on-site assisted living facility, Meadowview. Gym Monitors will help residents stay active and healthy. Volunteers are needed Monday through Saturday from 9-11 a.m.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist seniors with getting on and off gym equipment
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Provide encouragement and support during workouts
Requirements:
- Patience and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment (training will be provided)
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with seniors
