Make No-Sew Fleece Blankets
Volunteers will work in pairs to create no-sew fleece blankets for Project Linus. Blankets are given to children in need throughout the area. Volunteers will take their time to craft homemade blankets that they would feel comfortable giving to their own children.
Materials and directions will be provided. No previous experience making a blanket is necessary, but you should be detail-oriented and patient when crafting.
*This is a family-friendly project for children 8 and over with an adult. If you are volunteering with with young children, please be prepared to assist them.

About Project Linus: Project Linus provides love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.”
