Board Members

Putnam Service Dogs is seeking two additional Board Members who will be active in supporting the organization and its cause through their expertise, volunteering, donating, and being great ambassadors to the community. Ideal Board Members are passionate about dogs, are well connected socially, and will contribute in concrete ways to Putnam Service Dogs. Board meetings occur every 2-3 months—sometimes virtually and sometimes for dinner—around 5:30-7 p.m. or 6-7:30 p.m. and are set on a date that is convenient to all members of the Board. Dinner meetings are generally held in Brewster. Express interest below!

Putnam Service Dogs, founded in 2016, is a 501(c)3, Better Business Bureau-accredited, 2023 Platinum GuideStar nonprofit that provides free service dogs to people with physical disabilities. Its dogs are mixed breeds, carefully chosen from rescues.
