Volunteer Greeters
Yonkers Community Health Center is looking for Volunteer Greeters to welcome patients as they enter the facility, check their temperatures, and help navigate them to the room where they need to be. Volunteer Greeters are needed to assist an average of 8 hours per week on weekdays (Monday through Friday) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Dates and times are flexible!
Volunteer requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Must wear a mask at all times while in the health center
- Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) language skills encouraged
- Comfort using the Internet and telephone encouraged, though not required
