2022 Holiday Dinner Food Drive

YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester is hosting its annual Holiday Food Drive, which will allow its staff to prepare holiday dinners for its 193 residents as well restock its food pantry for the women it serves. These holiday dinners serve as a place for its female tenants to come together so they do not have to spend the holiday alone.

Volunteers are needed to donate any or all of the following items:

  • Turkeys
  • Hams
  • Canned goods (green beans, yams, carrots, corn)
  • Elbow pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Brown sugar
  • Boxes of stuffing
  • Chicken stock
  • Oil
  • Rice
  • Water
  • Canned drinks and juices
  • Any non-perishable canned goods (vegetables, beans, tuna, etc.)
  • Any pantry items and dry goods (peanut butter, jelly, pastas)
  • Juices
  • Water
  • Baking goods
  • Plates
  • Cups
  • Utensils
  • To-go containers
  • Gift cards in the event other items are needed

This is a self-directed project. To volunteer:
