2022 Haunted Pirates Festival
Ever wanted to join a pirate's ship? Here's your chance! Volunteers are needed to assist with the Haunted Pirates Festival at Thomas Paine Cottage. This outdoor event—which is a part of ArtsFest 2022—offers affordable fall activities for the whole family.
Volunteers can participate in a variety of roles, including serving as a Haunted Schoolhouse Pirate to gently spook little visitors and hand out treats, overseeing the arts and crafts tables, assisting with the pirate games and scavenger hunt, and helping to set-up and break down the event. Volunteers are encouraged to dress up in pirate costumes (homemade is OK)!
Volunteers will attend a 20-minute orientation one week prior to the festival. Rain date is October 23.
